The terms that apply when you use this site or communicate with Victory Pickleball Academy.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Victory Pickleball Academy, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using this site, submitting a form, or opting into our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website and our general communications. They do not replace a signed program agreement — if your school, co-op, or family enters into an agreement with VPA for programming, that agreement governs the program itself.

2. What this site is

This site describes our youth pickleball programming and lets you get in touch. Information here is provided in good faith and kept current to the best of our ability, but it is general information — not a binding offer, not a guarantee of availability, and not professional, legal, medical, or educational advice.

3. Text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Victory Pickleball Academy at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Program description. Two-way conversational messaging with parents and school staff: answering questions, scheduling, session reminders and confirmations, and occasional program updates.
  • Message frequency. Varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier; VPA does not charge for messages.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help. Reply HELP or INFO, or contact info@victorypickleball.academy.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, to consent to messages.

How we handle messaging consent data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access systems you're not authorized to access, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through our forms. Our logos, wordmarks, program materials, and curriculum are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link to outside resources — governing bodies, scholarship programs, and educational material — because they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Disclaimers and liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Victory Pickleball Academy, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published here.

Nothing on this page limits liability for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law. Terms governing participation in an actual program — including supervision, safety, waivers, and insurance — are addressed in the program agreement and participation paperwork, not here.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Northeast Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
