Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with Victory Pickleball Academy.

1. Who we are

Victory Pickleball Academy is operated by Victory Pickleball Academy, LLC, a Florida limited liability company serving schools, co-ops, and homeschool communities in Northeast Florida. This policy covers our website at victorypickleball.academy and the ways we communicate with you by email, phone, and text message.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us and what our website needs to function.

  • Information you submit. When you use a form on this site — a contact request, a school program proposal, a coaching application, or a newsletter signup — we receive the name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and message content you enter.
  • Messaging consent records. If you check the box consenting to text messages, we log that consent along with its date and source so we can honor and prove it.
  • Communications. Emails, calls, voicemails, and texts between you and VPA are retained so we can respond and keep an accurate record.
  • Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. This involves cookies and collects general usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device type. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

To answer your inquiry, schedule and deliver programs, send reminders and program updates, evaluate coaching applicants, and keep our own business records. That's the whole list. We don't repurpose your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't share it so that others can market to you.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

Text messaging is optional and always opt-in. You may consent by checking the SMS box on one of our forms, or by texting our business line first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

  • What we send. Replies to your questions, scheduling and session confirmations, reminders, and occasional program updates.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply; VPA does not charge for text messages.
  • Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@victorypickleball.academy.
  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except for the messaging service provider that transmits messages on our behalf.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make our operation run, and only so they can perform that service for us:

  • Website hosting and delivery
  • Database and application hosting for our internal records
  • Email and calendar services
  • Telephone and text messaging services
  • Website analytics

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where a school or district requires documentation as part of a program agreement. We will not otherwise disclose your information to a third party without telling you.

6. Children's privacy

Our programs serve young athletes, but this website and our messaging are directed to adults — parents, guardians, coaches, and school staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website, and children should not submit our forms. Information about a student is provided to us by a parent, guardian, or the partner school as part of enrolling in or running a program.

If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, contact us at info@victorypickleball.academy and we will delete it.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, then delete it. Our systems are access-controlled and limited to the two partners who operate VPA. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise — but we don't collect more than we need, which is the most meaningful protection we can offer.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and reply STOP to end text messages. Email info@victorypickleball.academy and we'll take care of it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
