How it works
You run structured 1-hour sessions at partner schools. VPA handles the curriculum, equipment, and scheduling. Programs run as 12-week semesters, with the option to add a second weekly session per school as an income accelerator.
Earning potential
Coaches are paid $70 per session.

What we require
PPR certification
PPR-certified, or actively pursuing certification.
Level 2 background check
FDLE/FBI Level 2 screening — non-negotiable, no exceptions.
SafeSport-equivalent training
Youth-safety training completed before campus authorization.
References & observation
Two checked references plus a sample-session observation.
1099 independent contractor
Set your own schedule, coach for others, and get paid per session.
No coach is placed on a campus until background checks and insurance are fully in place.
