How it works
You run structured 1-hour sessions at partner schools. VPA handles the curriculum, equipment, and scheduling. Programs run as 12–16 week semesters, with the option to add a second weekly session per school as programs grow.
How pay works
Coaches are paid per session as 1099 independent contractors, for the sessions you run.
Because you set your own schedule, your income scales with you. Take on more schools, add a second weekly session at a school, or pick up seasonal camps and clinics.
The more you coach, the more you earn.

What we require
PPR certification (encouraged)
PPR certification is encouraged, not required. We’ll help you work toward it.
Background check
A national criminal and child-safety background check. Non-negotiable, no exceptions.
SafeSport-equivalent training
Youth-safety training completed before campus authorization.
References & observation
Two checked references plus a sample-session observation.
1099 independent contractor
Set your own schedule, coach for others, and get paid per session.
No coach is placed on a campus until background checks and insurance are fully in place.
